Visitors who contact us. Name, email address, event type and message content submitted through the contact form or by email, in order to handle the enquiry, prepare a proposal and maintain the resulting communication.
Clients. Identification, contact and billing details, together with the data required to organise the contracted event, for the performance of the contract and compliance with the associated tax and accounting obligations.
Guests and attendees. Where a client provides us with guest data for the organisation of their event, we process it solely for that purpose and on their instructions. In those cases the client is the data controller and Culto Events acts as processor, under a signed Article 28 GDPR agreement.
Suppliers and partners. Contact and professional details required to engage and coordinate services.
Job applications. CV data received, for participation in selection processes.
Marketing communications. Email and contact details, to send information about our services where requested or where a prior contractual relationship exists.
Performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures requested by the data subject (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), for proposal enquiries and for our relationship with clients and suppliers.
Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), given by ticking the form checkbox and for marketing communications to non-clients.
Compliance with legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)), in tax, accounting and commercial matters.
Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) in maintaining the professional relationship, in information security and, for existing clients, in sending information about similar services under Article 21 of Spanish Act 34/2002 (LSSI-CE).
Enquiries that do not result in a contract: one year from the last contact. Client and supplier data: for the duration of the relationship and thereafter for the applicable tax, accounting and contractual limitation periods. Job applications: one year. Guest data: until the event ends and the applicable liability periods expire. Marketing communications: until consent is withdrawn or unsubscription is requested.
We do not disclose data to third parties except where legally required. Data is accessed, as processors under signed agreements, by the technology providers serving Culto Events (web hosting, email and management tools) and, where necessary for the contracted service, by event suppliers. Our tax and accounting advisers and financial institutions also access data within the scope of their functions.
This site is hosted on Vercel Inc. servers, which may process data outside the European Economic Area. Such transfers rely on the safeguards set out in Chapter V of the GDPR, by means of the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw your consent where it is the basis of the processing, by writing to privacidad@cultoevents.com or to C/ Castelló 68, 28001 Madrid, Spain, stating the right you wish to exercise.
If you believe the processing does not comply with the applicable rules, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency, Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (www.aepd.es), which is the competent supervisory authority.
If you provide us with other people's data, you warrant that you are entitled to do so and that you have informed them beforehand.
This site is not directed at children under the age of fourteen and we do not knowingly collect their data.
We apply the technical and organisational measures necessary to ensure the security of the data and to prevent its alteration, loss, unauthorised processing or access.
